The Waverley Blues – Mount Waverley/Burwood – Waverley Panthers Past Players Day Mount Waverley Reserve Saturday 20th May 2023 Start: Noon Finish: Whenever you please Cost: $50 for non-members, $40 for members – gets you a spit roast rolls lunch and beer and soft drinks from 12:30 up to half time of the seniors.  To mix it up and weather permitting we’ll be setting up marquees on the wing or forward pocket for the legends of yesteryear to get together in a space away from the rooms to do our own thing.  The matches  of the day are against Knox. There are some big things coming up with the redevelopment of Mount Waverley Reserve so the ground might not be available for us to have Past Players Day later in the year. It will be a good day to catch up and get around everyone from as many different eras as humanly possible. Tickets can be bought on the day or a link to buy in advance will be put on the Waverley Blues website at https://www.wbfc.com.au/  Memberships are available on the website too.  Look forward to seeing you all there!

All girls players from U10s, U14s and U18s, and thier families are invited along to our Girls Footbal Family Day on the 3rd of July. Please register so we can establish numbers for catering.

This module is designed to help boys at a time when there is significant pressure to experiment with negative risk taking behaviour and to fit in with their peers. This module provides younger people up to the age of 14 years, with a tool kit to help them respond confidently. Research shows that if young people have rehearsed their responses, they are far more likely to make a positive decision under pressure. This session is open to all male players and siblings, targeted at 11-14 year olds. A BBQ will be provided, please RSVP for catering purposes.

Mental health is essential to personal well-being, family and interpersonal relationships. This session run by SALT will give you an understanding of anxiety and depression and provides you with positive mental health habits for life.
