This module is designed to help boys at a time when there is significant pressure to experiment with negative risk taking behaviour and to fit in with their peers. This module provides younger people up to the age of 14 years, with a tool kit to help them respond confidently. Research shows that if young people have rehearsed their responses, they are far more likely to make a positive decision under pressure. This session is open to all male players and siblings, targeted at 11-14 year olds. A BBQ will be provided, please RSVP for catering purposes.

Mental health is essential to personal well-being, family and interpersonal relationships. This session run by SALT will give you an understanding of anxiety and depression and provides you with positive mental health habits for life. More details on the flyer below The session will commence after training on Tuesday night 31 May commencing at 6.30. Meal - Pizza six slices and a drink  Please ensue that you attend this session as it is important for yourself and those around you so that you support each other.

Pre sesaon match at Bendigo 

 

For anyone who has an interest in our great Club, this is a fantastic opportunity to hear how we plan to take the Club forward in 2022. We will also be confirming Committee members and roles. The Waverley Blues are in excellent shape on and off the field - so we are very excited for the opportunities ahead of us next season and beyond.  We strongly encourage anyone to get a long if you'd like to have your say about the Club or would like to contribute to make us better going forward - no matter how small or big the role. We have a fantastic group of volunteer committee members, but like all sporting clubs we can always do with more help. Helping a community club like us not only helps us become successful, but can also help develop your own skills, experience and contacts within the community.
